• This model is OPTUS Network Unlocked and would have OPTUS Software/firmware in it, however it doesn’t affect the functionality of the phone. The box is opened in order to unlock the handset but its 100% brand new/unused phone.
• This phone will support the following Optus Network sim cards- Optus/iprimus/Amaysim/Catch/Coles/Dodo sim card
• Phone only supports 900Mhz 3G frequency so phone may not work with service providers who only supports 850Mhz (TELSTRA) – please kindly check with service provider. The phone will not work with Telstra and Vodafone sim card.
• This model will not support the following sim cards Telstra/Aldi/Boost/Telechoice/Belong/Lyca/Woolworths/Numobile/Vodafone/Kogan/TPG/Lebara/Virgin/iinet sim card.
• Postage and handling fee of $9.95 will be deducted in case of returns.
